2009 Success stories - WIN TV

The Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative is giving Queenslanders the right mix of training, skills and experience for our 21st century workforce. Skilling Queenslanders for Work projects throughout Queensland offer disadvantaged jobseekers a chance to break into the workforce through training, assistance and practical experience.

The following stories, which screened on WIN television, illustrate how the initiative has changed the lives of individuals and helped them gain valuable skills that meet the needs of today's skill-starved workforce.
